 Seneca has major walls facing in all four compass directions, many of which can only be accessed by other climbs or small ledge systems. This complicated vertical environment can make hiring a private guide attractive even to the most experienced climber. Your private guide will have a wealth of local knowledge while getting a high mileage day that will be one to remember. Whether you want to bag your first technical summit or second the harder lines of Seneca our guides can give you what you need. We recommend private guiding for:
- Experienced climbers who are unfamiliar with Seneca, and want to hit the classics
- Experienced climbers who have a dream route at Seneca that is beyond their lead ability
- Less experienced climbers who want to climb some multi-pitch but don’t have the time for a two day course

Private Guiding is conducted entirely outdoors.
All necessary equipment is provided. If you have your own equipment and wish to use it, you can after your guide has determined its' appropriateness and safe condition.
